Itinerary
Day 1 Cochin – Munnar( 5 hours )
After arriving in Cochin, take a transfer to Munnar. Visit the stunning Cheeyappara and Valara waterfalls along route. When you get there, check into the hotel. You have the rest of the days free to enjoy on your own. Stay the night in Munnar.
Day 2 Munnar
Today, depart for Munnar after breakfast. Kundala Lake, Mattupetty Dam, the Tea Museum, the Eravikulam National Park, etc. Return to the hotel in the evening to take advantage of the hotel’s amenities. Stay the night in Munnar.
Day 3 Munnar – Thekkady (3.5 hours)
Check out and head to Thekkady, another fascinating hill station in Kerala with a wealth of untamed forest and spices, after breakfast. Check into the hotel in the afternoon, and then take a Periyar boat excursion to explore the dense jungle and look for wildlife. After the boat ride, visit cultural performances and spice shops to shop. Return to the hotel and spend the night there.
Day 4 Thekkady – Alleppey (4 hours)
Check out of the hotel and drive to Alleppey after breakfast. Check into the houseboat upon arrival. The area of Alleppey, dubbed the “Venice of the East,” is incredibly picturesque, with a massive network of lakes, lagoons, canals, and freshwater rivers crisscrossing its landscape. Take a full-day sail across Vembanad Lake’s beautiful backwaters. Stay the night on the houseboat.
Day 5 Alleppey – Kovalam (4 hours)
After breakfast, depart from the houseboat and travel to Kovalam, a popular beach that is always green and has a comfortable climate. On moonlit nights, this beachfront paradise produces a distinctive aquarelle. Kovalam first came to public attention thanks to the Maharaja of Travancore. When you arrive and check into the hotel, you can enjoy the beauty of the beach at sunset in the evening. Stay the night in Kovalam.
Day 6 Kovalam
The Napier Museum, Sree Chithra Art Gallery, Zoological Park, and Science & Technology Museum are among the sites to explore in Trivandrum after breakfast at the hotel. You can visit Poovar island in the afternoon and take a boat ride if you’d like. Kovalam return in the evening. Stay the night in Kovalam.
Day 7 Trivandrum
After Breakfast check-out from the Hotel and drive to Trivandrum. Drop at Airport for Boarding the flight / train to your onward destination.
